When
ordering, most of our products do not require a minimum.
All products are to be paid for when placing the order.
We
accept cash, check, money orders, Discover, Master Card,
and Visa for payment; all amounts are in US dollars.
Turn-a-round
time will be given when order is placed PA customers
are responsible to pay 7% tax on some of our products.
Placing
your order is only a phone call, fax or email
away. Due to the increased security issues of purchasing
online we have chosen not to take charge chards via the
Internet.

Custom
embroidery pricing is done on a job-by-job basis. Pricing
depends on several factors:

What would you like your design placed on?
• Will you use one of our stock images or do you
have a good quality copy available for us to work from?
• What is the size of your design? (Embroidery is
charged per thousand stitches, so the bigger the image
the higher the cost)
• Would you like a design on both sides of a shirt?
or more than one place on a given object?

Shipping…
We ship US continent only. If you choose for us to mail
your order we will use UPS or USPS Priority Mail charging
only their regular rates. If this is a gift we will gladly
include a card from you and ship USPS Priority Mail with
delivery confirmation or UPS.
RETURNS - Please note that all personalized
items are non-returnable. All other items
that are in their original condition and packaging, unwashed
and unused are available for a refund minus shipping costs. |
